On the first floor, a spacious room, with double exposure, and a large boudoir bathroom with a “marine” atmosphere.
All charm and romance, this junior suite has a double exposure, overlooking both street and garden. In perfect harmony with the romantic spirit of the house, its name is a tribute to the Italian genius who spent the last years of his life at the Clos Lucé in Amboise, 20 kms from Tours. Bedroom and bathroom are decorated in shades of green, natural oak and white, an evocation of nature.
A mixture of contemporary and old-world charm, the atmosphere is natural, bright, with a somewhat classic touch: this charming and refined guest room is an invitation to relax.
Bedroom and bathroom are separated by a smoked sliding glass panel, allowing a natural light flow between both rooms.
In a boudoir style, the en-suite bathroom has a vast walk-in shower and a cosy sitting area with two large comfortable arm chairs facing the garden, in colours recalling those of a peacock’s plumage.
This room is perfect for anyone looking for a charming hotel in Tours and exclusive accommodation in the Loire Valley.

Wonderful place and a wonderful host!
La Maison Jules is excellently located near the the city center and the train station. The room I stayed in was large and the bathtub was heaven! Booking was easy, the breakfasts were wonderful, and Alexandra is a treasure!
Tours is a charming town and I highly recommend a visit. And if you decide to go there, you must stay at La Maison Jules!
A haven of peace and charm in the centre of Tours
An old 19th century house, renovated with taste in a contemporary style, but respectful of the past : welcome to La Maison Jules! On top of this, you need to add the friendliness and professionalism of the owner, who made us totally feel at home in their luxury bed and breakfast. A big thank you to Alexandra for your smile and attention, we will not forget the quality of the breakfast, a real treat, especially on the sunny terrace! For us it was a great way to visit the Loire valley vineyards with a foothold in the center of this beautiful city of Tours.
Very satisfied
I traveled Centre-Val de Loire 17 days trip,I stayed La Maison Jules for 3 nights 4 days.
La Maison Jules had the highest grade satisfaction in many B & B in France. The coordination sense of the room is wonderful, it is very calm and cozy.We were able to take breakfast comfortably. It was a great help to have a table reservation for three dinners at Tours.Someday I would like to come back here again if I have the opportunity.Thank you very much.
Lovely B&B!
My family of 6 stayed at La Maison Jules for two nights this August. Alex was extremely welcoming and helpful with restaurant and tourist attraction ideas/advice. The location of the B&B is perfect to walk to shops, restaurants, the river & historic buildings. It is also not too far of a drive to different castles in the Loire Valley. The building & rooms are beautiful, unique, clean and comfortable. There is also a nice porch outside in the backyard. Our breakfasts in the morning were delicious and the wifi was much appreciated. Alex is a wonderful host and her B&B is perfect! Merci Alex!
Superb Place to Stay
We stayed here on our way south and again on our return journey north. We stayed in two different rooms, both were equally superb, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our host Alexandra was very welcoming, helpful and full of helpful advice on the surrounding area and places to eat. She could not have been more accommodating. If we return to Tours which we hope we do, we would most definitely stay here again as it is an idillic oasis in the middle of the City. Thank you Alexandra and you two little hosts who were equally pleasant.
